The menu is simple: the “bánh mì ốp la đủ thứ,” served in a sizzling pan with fried eggs, ham, chả lụa, chả quế, sausage, salted pork belly, and onions. It comes with crusty bread brushed with butter and pâté. Three generations later, the family continues this tradition. Arrive early, it sells out fast!
