Made a double batch because it was so good on bibimbap and even salads; the leftovers were just as tasty the next day after sitting in the fridge 😋
Was honestly surprised that my picky kid, who usually refuses anything spicy, actually asked for more of this Bibimbap sauce and even dipped veggies in it 😄
Not much of a cook, so I was shocked at how easy this bibimbap sauce was, and it actually tasted like something from a restaurant after chilling for an hour. Feeling pretty proud that I pulled it off, and I can’t wait to try it on salads too 🙂
Made this sauce for bibimbap last night and it tasted as good as, if not better than, the one at my favorite Korean restaurant; the balance of heat, sweetness, and sesame is spot on 😊
