Ingredients

  • 300 g sliced steak
  • 3 tablespoons of oil (for stir-frying, or as needed)
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 150 g flat beans
  • 150 g sliced mushrooms
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of water or chicken broth

MARINADE

Procédé

  • Marinate the beef for 15 minutes
  • In a pan over medium-high heat, sear the beef for one minute, then stir-fry for 2-3 minutes and set aside
  • Add a little more oil and stir-fry the beans and mushrooms for 3-4 minutes
  • Return the beef, add the broth, and stir-fry for 1 minute
