Marinate the beef for 15 minutes
In a pan over medium-high heat, sear the beef for one minute, then stir-fry for 2-3 minutes and set aside
Add a little more oil and stir-fry the beans and mushrooms for 3-4 minutes
Return the beef, add the broth, and stir-fry for 1 minute
