Ingredients

  • 400 g of cooked Noodles
  • 3 stems of green onions cut into 1cm segments, green and white parts separated
  • 1 handful of bean sprouts
  • 6 sliced garlic cloves

Sauce

Procédé

  • In a bowl, mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, water and sugar until well combined
  • Cook the noodles according to instructions, rinse under cold water, drain and set aside.
  • In a wok, pour a drizzle of oil and heat over medium-high heat. Once the wok is hot, add the garlic and white parts of green onions.
  • Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
  • Add the noodles and pour in the sauce; mix to ensure all noodles are well coated
  • Increase to high heat, add bean sprouts, stir-fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes
  • Add the remaining green onions, stir-fry on high heat for 1-2 minutes
