Ingredients

of cooked Noodles
3
stems
of green onions cut into 1cm segments, green and white parts separated
1
handful
of bean sprouts
6
sliced garlic cloves
Sauce
3
tablespoons
light soy sauce
2.5
tablespoons
dark soy sauce
2
tablespoons
of sugar
2
tablespoons
sesame oil
4
tablespoons
water

Procédé
In a bowl, mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, water and sugar until well combined
Cook the noodles according to instructions, rinse under cold water, drain and set aside.
In a wok, pour a drizzle of oil and heat over medium-high heat. Once the wok is hot, add the garlic and white parts of green onions.
Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
Add the noodles and pour in the sauce; mix to ensure all noodles are well coated
Increase to high heat, add bean sprouts, stir-fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes
Add the remaining green onions, stir-fry on high heat for 1-2 minutes
