Ingredients

  • 200 g sliced beef
  • 7 spring onion stalks cut into 1 cm segments

Marinade

Instructions

  • Marinate the beef for 10 minutes
  • Mix the sauce in a bowl until the sugar dissolves
  • In a hot wok with a little oil, stir-fry the beef for 5 minutes and set aside
  • Stir-fry the spring onions for 3 minutes
  • Return the beef and add the sauce
  • Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes
