Marinate the beef for 10 minutes
Mix the sauce in a bowl until the sugar dissolves
In a hot wok with a little oil, stir-fry the beef for 5 minutes and set aside
Stir-fry the spring onions for 3 minutes
Return the beef and add the sauce
Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes
