- 300 g your favorite noodles
 - 5 tablespoons spring onion oil
 
Instructions
- Cook the noodles of your choice.
 - Optional: Stir-fry with garlic or assorted vegetables for a few minutes.
 - Fry an egg and spoon a little oil over the top. Absolutely delicious!
