Ingredients

  • 200 g of cooked ramen noodles
  • 1 stalk of minced spring onion
  • 6 half slices of Emmental cheese
  • 6 rice paper sheets

Spicy ramen sauce

  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1.5 tablespoon of gochujang

Procédé

  • Cook the noodles
  • Mix the sauce in
  • On a moistened rice paper sheet, first place the noodles, spring onions, and Emmental cheese, then fold
  • Fry in a pan over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side
