- 6 half slices of Emmental cheese
- 6 rice paper sheets
Spicy ramen sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1.5 tablespoon of gochujang

- Cook the noodles
- Mix the sauce in
- On a moistened rice paper sheet, first place the noodles, spring onions, and Emmental cheese, then fold
- Fry in a pan over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side
