- 2 large mangoes, peeled, pitted, thinly sliced

- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 1 Pinch white pepper
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
SAUCE
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1.5 teaspoons ketchup
- 1.5 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
