Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes
Combine the sauce in a bowl
In a wok over high heat, stir-fry the chicken for 3 min or until opaque
Add all the remaining ingredients (except the mangoes) and stir-fry for 1 min.
Pour in the sauce and toss until thickened
Add the mangoes and toss for 1 min
