Marinade
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 0.5 tablespoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon shaoxing wine
- 1.5 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
Breading
- 200 g wheat flour
- 60 g cornstarch
- 1.5 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 0.5 tablespoon of paprika
Sauce
- 3 tablespoons of minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 3.5 tablespoons of honey
- 2.5 tablespoons light soy sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, marinate the chicken fillets for 20 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs
- Dip the chicken in the flour mixture, coat well. Shake off any excess flour.
- Add the chicken and fry at 180 degrees for 6-7 minutes or until crispy and golden.
- In a saucepan, simmer the sauce ingredients until thickened
- Mix the chicken and garnish with black sesame seeds
