Procédé
In a large bowl, marinate the chicken fillets for 20 minutes.
In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs
Dip the chicken in the flour mixture, coat well. Shake off any excess flour.
Add the chicken and fry at 180 degrees for 6-7 minutes or until crispy and golden.
In a saucepan, simmer the sauce ingredients until thickened
Mix the chicken and garnish with black sesame seeds
