Ingredients

  • 10 Chicken wings (5 cut in half)
  • 10 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Red bell pepper diced small
  • 1 Green bell pepper diced small

Marinade

Procédé

  • Slightly slit the wings with a knife
    10 Chicken wings (5 cut in half)
  • Marinate for 20 minutes
    5 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon shaoxing wine, 3 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 pinch pepper
  • Fry on both sides over medium-high heat Set aside.
  • Over medium-high heat, sauté the garlic until fragrant (3 min max)
    10 cloves garlic
  • Increase to high heat, add peppers and sauté for another 2 min
    1 Red bell pepper, 1 Green bell pepper
  • Add the wings and sauté for 5 minutes
