Simple, deliciously sweet and savory, what more could you ask for? Maybe some beef like in my beef udon but we’ll try to keep it somewhat healthy, we need to think about our figure from time to time.

Soy Sauce Stir-Fried Noodles
Ingredients
- 400 g of cooked Noodles
- 3 stems of green onions cut into 1cm segments, green and white parts separated
- 1 handful of bean sprouts
- 6 sliced garlic cloves
Sauce
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2.5 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 tablespoons water
Procédé
- In a bowl, mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, water and sugar until well combined
- Cook the noodles according to instructions, rinse under cold water, drain and set aside.
- In a wok, pour a drizzle of oil and heat over medium-high heat. Once the wok is hot, add the garlic and white parts of green onions.
- Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
- Add the noodles and pour in the sauce; mix to ensure all noodles are well coated
- Increase to high heat, add bean sprouts, stir-fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes
- Add the remaining green onions, stir-fry on high heat for 1-2 minutes
