Chinese Garlic and Pepper Wings
Ingredients

Marinade
- 5 cloves garlic sliced
- 1 tablespoon shaoxing wine
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Procédé
