of whipped cream

tablespoon of sugar

tablespoon of condensed milk onto one slice, then press the slices together.
In a bowl, whisk together

teaspoon matcha,
2
tablespoons milk, and
1
egg to make the dip.
Soak the assembled sandwich for two minutes per side so it absorbs the dip well.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt

teaspoon butter and cook the toast for
3
minutes per side.
In a bowl, whisk together
120
ml whipped cream,
1
teaspoon matcha, and
1
tablespoon sugar to make the lava.
Gently press the center of the toast to form a well. Pour in the prepared lava.
Dust with
1
teaspoon matcha to garnish.
