Preheat the air fryer to 190 degrees. Peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into fries.

Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. To reheat, simply return them to the air fryer at 170 degrees for 1 to 2 minutes.
