For the marinade

ginger
grated

light soy sauce

sesame oil
juice of 0.5 lime
For the tataki

tuna steak

tablespoons
sesame seeds
Procédé
Whisk together the ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice to make the marinade.
1 tablespoon ginger,
2 tablespoons light soy sauce,
1 tablespoon sesame oil,
juice of 0.5 lime
Place the tuna steak in the marinade and let it marinate for 1 hour.
1 tuna steak
Place the tuna steak on a sheet of parchment paper.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the tuna.
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Cook in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 200°C.
Notes
Warning: make sure the parchment paper is not too large and that the edges do not touch your appliance’s heating elements, or it may burn.
