Take one tablespoon of the sauce and marinate the chicken for 10 minutes

In a skillet over medium-high heat, stir-fry the chicken until cooked through. Set aside.

Add the onions and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes

Add the noodles and the sauce. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until the sauce has thickened well.
Return the chicken and the scallions, stir-fry for 2–3 minutes

Notes
If you think it isn't reducing quickly enough, feel free to wait until it has thickened well before adding the noodles and then the meat. That way you'll avoid over-cooked noodles.
