Mince the garlic.
In a bowl, mix the sauce
Wash them in cold water. Bring the water to a boil with salt
Plunge the spinach for 30 seconds, then rinse under cold water.
Drain and squeeze to remove excess water. Cut the spinach and mix with the sauce
