Using a whisk, beat all ingredients well until you obtain a smooth and creamy paste
300 g of miso,
200 ml of mirin,
140 ml of sake,
20 g of honey,
2 tablespoons of sugar
Put in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil while stirring
As soon as it boils, reduce to low heat
Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring regularly to prevent burning, until the sauce thickens
