Procédé
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, then add a drizzle of oil.
Once hot, add the onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook 1–2 minutes more.

Place the chicken skin-side down and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the skin is golden.

Add the light soy sauce, black pepper, oyster sauce, and Coca-Cola.
4 tablespoons light soy sauce,

1 can Coca-Cola
Ensure every piece of chicken is well coated in the sauce.
Cover, reduce the heat to medium-low, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Increase the heat to medium-high and baste the chicken with the sauce using a ladle for 5 minutes, or until the sauce thickens to your liking.
