Procédé
Mix the sauce ingredients together
Over high heat, with a little oil, brown the beef for 1 min
Stir the meat for 10 seconds and add the ginger and garlic. Mix until the beef is no longer pink
Add the sauce and water and mix quickly
As soon as it boils, add the broccoli and mix to coat it with sauce until it thickens
Lower to medium heat and stir for 5 min until the broccoli is cooked
Serve over rice
