of Chinese five-spice powder

Procédé
In a large bowl, mix the wings with the marinade ingredients
1 tablespoon shaoxing wine,
3 tablespoons light soy sauce,
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce,
2 cloves garlic,
1 egg,
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Let marinate for 10 minutes in the refrigerator
In a small bowl, mix the spices
1 teaspoon of cumin,
1 teaspoon of sugar,
0.5 teaspoon of Chinese five-spice powder,
1 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon white pepper
In a large skillet, heat the oil to 150 degrees
Fry on low heat on both sides until cooked
Add the spices while still in the pan. Add only half, you can always add more later
Garnish with green onions and serve
Notes
It's important to have a pan large enough for each wing to have its place. Also, ensure that it maintains the right temperature after adding the meat
