Blend the ingredients until smooth.

Preheat your oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, add the ingredients one at a time in the order listed above, mixing well.
Butter and flour the ring molds. Set them on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Divide the batter evenly among the molds.
Bake for about 20 minutes, checking doneness with a knife.
Unmold and let cool. Trim the tops of the cakes so the surfaces are flat.
Glaze
Melt the white chocolate and butter in a bain-marie (double boiler). When almost melted, add the matcha and whisk until smooth.
Glaze the tops of the cakes and let set.
