Emmental cheese cut into 4 thick slices
can be hard mozzarella or any other cheese you like
4
slices of beef carpaccio

tablespoons
light soy sauce

tablespoon
sugar

Procédé
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce and sugar until the sugar dissolves
Gently combine with the beef in a container large enough, and marinate for 10 minutes
Meanwhile, thread the pieces of cheese length-wise onto the skewers
Then wrap the beef around the skewers
Place the skewers in a frying pan heated over medium-high heat and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Turn them regularly to cook evenly
To ensure the cheese melts quickly, cover the pan for one or two minutes.

You can add a teaspoon of rice vinegar for a tangy note
