Ingredients

boneless chicken thighs
skin on and flattened by tapping with a knife

tablespoon
salted butter
Sauce
3
tablespoons
of oyster sauce
2
tablespoons
light soy sauce
5
cloves
garlic
minced

of honey
1
pinch
pepper

tablespoons
ketchup

Procédé
Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper
In a bowl, combine sauce ingredients
In a large frying pan, over medium-high heat with a base of oil, brown the chicken for 4 minutes on each side. Set aside.
Add the butter followed by the sauce to the pan over medium heat.
Allow to reduce
Raise heat to high and return chicken, cooking for 2 minutes on each side (until sauce sticks).
Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and cut into neat strips.
Serve with rice
Notes
You need to wait for the chicken to brown (otherwise, the sauce may not adhere as well) and also wait for it to adhere well.
