Preheat the air fryer to 200°C and set the timer for 12 minutes.
If using frozen fillets, set the timer to 15 minutes.
Brush the seasoning mixture evenly over one side of the fillets, including the edges.
Place the fillets in a single layer in the preheated air fryer basket and cook.
When the timer goes off, remove the fillets and serve hot with lemon wedges.

If you prefer a less browned surface, reduce the cooking time to 10 minutes for fresh fillets and 13 minutes for frozen fillets. The fish will still be cooked through.To check doneness, flake with a fork—if the flesh is opaque and flakes easily, it’s ready.
