Samosas
Mix the filling ingredients.
Fold the samosas as shown in the video.
Place the samosas in your air fryer basket and brush with a little oil.
Fry at 180 degrees for 6 minutes in "Air Fry" mode.
Flip, brush, and cook for another 6 minutes.
Sauce
Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
