For the garlic butter

salted butter

teaspoon
minced garlic

tablespoon
parsley flakes (or finely chopped fresh parsley)
Procédé
Cut the steak into small pieces. Transfer to a bowl and toss with the olive oil and spices until well coated. Set aside.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes. If it doesn't have a preheat function, simply run it for 5 minutes before cooking the steak.
Once preheated, add the steak pieces to the basket in a single layer.
Air-fry for 6 to 8 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. Check the internal temperature with a thermometer or taste a piece.
While the steak cooks, melt the butter in a small saucepan, then stir in the garlic and parsley. Simmer for at least 5 minutes.
Toss the cooked steak with the garlic butter before serving.
Notes
Taste a piece halfway through to check doneness.
