gluten-free bread

Violife vegan butter

Maple syrup or honey, plus fresh berries or fruit
Procédé
Instructions
Whisk the eggs, oat milk, vanilla extract, ground nutmeg, and cinnamon in a bowl until smooth.
Dip a slice of gluten-free bread into the egg mixture for 25-30 seconds per side.
Let any excess mixture drip off.
Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Lightly grease the surface with a small piece of vegan butter.
Place the coated slice of bread in the pan or on the preheated griddle.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining slices of gluten-free bread.
Transfer the cooked slices to a serving plate.
Keep the cooked slices warm in a low oven while you cook the remaining slices.
Serve the gluten-free French toast warm, topped with maple syrup, fresh berries or fruit, powdered sugar, or whipped cream.
