light soy sauce

dark soy sauce

Procédé
Marinate the beef for 10 minutes.
200 g beef, thinly sliced,
2 teaspoons sesame oil,
1 teaspoon cornstarch,
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
Mix the sauce in a bowl until the sugar dissolves.
1 teaspoon oyster sauce,
1 tablespoon light soy sauce,
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce,
1 teaspoon sugar
Heat a wok over high heat with a little oil. Stir-fry the beef for 5 minutes, then set aside.
Stir-fry the spring onions for 3 minutes.
7 spring onion stalks, cut into 1 cm pieces
Return the beef to the wok and add the sauce.
Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
