hitasu\uff0c\u610f\u601d\u662f\u6d78\u5165\u3001\u6d78\u6ce1\u3002\u5b83\u9996\u5148\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u70f9\u8abf\u624b\u6cd5\uff0c\u5176\u6b21\u624d\u662f\u4e00\u9053\u83dc\uff1b\u5b83\u7684\u9748\u9b42\uff0c\u5c31\u5728\u65bc\u852c\u83dc\u5728\u8abf\u5473\u6d78\u6c41 tsuke-ji \u4e2d\u505c\u7559\u7684\u6642\u9593\u3002 \n\n\n\n\u505a\u6210\u79cb\u8475\u7248\u672c\u6642\uff0c\u9bae\u5ae9\u7684\u83a2\u679c\u6703\u5148\u6c46\u71d9\u3001\u51b0\u93ae\uff0c\u518d\u6d78\u5165\u4ee5 \u9ad8\u6e6f\u3001usukuchi shoyu \u548c \u5473\u9182 \u8abf\u5473\u7684\u6d78\u6c41\u4e2d\u3002\u4e0a\u684c\u6642\u8981\u51b0\u6dbc\u4eab\u7528\uff0c\u518d\u7528\u6e6f\u5319\u6dcb\u4e0a\u4e00\u9ede\u6e05\u6f88\u7684\u6e6f\u6c41\u3002\n\n\n\n\u7d93\u904e\u5169\u4e09\u500b\u5c0f\u6642\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6574\u6574\u4e00\u591c\u7684\u6d78\u6ce1\u5f8c\uff0c\u9bae\u5473\u6703\u6ef2\u5165\u852c\u83dc\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u53ea\u505c\u7559\u5728\u8868\u9762\u3002Usukuchi shoyu \u6bd4 koikuchi\u2014\u2014\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u65e5\u672c\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u91ac\u6cb9\u2014\u2014\u8272\u6fa4\u66f4\u6de1\u3001\u9e79\u5ea6\u66f4\u9ad8\uff0c\u4e5f\u66f4\u80fd\u4fdd\u4f4f\u83a2\u679c\u7684\u7fe0\u7da0\u8272\u3002 \n\n\n\n\u659c\u5207\u6216\u5207\u6210\u5713\u7247\u5f8c\uff0c\u6703\u9732\u51fa\u4fd0\u843d\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u661f\u5f62\u5207\u9762\uff0c\u518d\u4ee5 katsuobushi
