V\u00e4lkommen till min blogg!&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag \u00e4r verkligen glad att f\u00e5 l\u00e4ra k\u00e4nna dig. Jag heter Marc, <strong>matn\u00f6rd<\/strong> (och s\u00e4rskilt vitl\u00f6ksberoende) och jag \u00e4r en <strong>passionerad hemmakock<\/strong>. Jag tycker att m\u00e5ngfalden av m\u00f6jliga smaker i matlagningen \u00e4r helt enkelt fascinerande, och s\u00e5 fort jag uppt\u00e4cker en ny saftig kombination skyndar jag mig att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka \u00e5terskapa den f\u00f6r att l\u00e5ta <strong>mina l\u00e4sare och alla mina n\u00e4ra<\/strong> f\u00e5 njuta av den!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mina <strong>intensiva<\/strong> studier gav mig en k\u00e4rlek till <strong>siffror, vetenskap och noggrannhet, <\/strong>och jag n\u00e4rmar mig <strong>varje recept som ett experiment<\/strong>. I slut\u00e4ndan kan jag f\u00f6rs\u00e4kra att s\u00e5 gott som alla recept p\u00e5 min webbplats har <strong>noggrant testats och finslipats<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Min bakgrund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag \u00e4r baserad i <strong>Belgien<\/strong> men har faktiskt <strong>fransk-amerikanskt ursprung<\/strong>. Som liten hade jag den olyckliga vanan att hitta en l\u00f6sning p\u00e5 allt, s\u00e4rskilt n\u00e4r det g\u00e4llde s\u00f6tsaker. Inga fler godsaker i sk\u00e5pet? Inga problem, socker finns ju, s\u00e5 det \u00e4r bara att g\u00f6ra karamell av det! Som syskonskarans hj\u00e4lte i dessa krigstider blev det snabbt en reflex att r\u00e5da bot p\u00e5 matbristen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Min passion f\u00f6r matlagning har allts\u00e5 alltid byggt p\u00e5 den h\u00e4r principen att \u00e5terskapa det jag tyckte om f\u00f6r att <strong>g\u00f6ra det tillg\u00e4ngligt<\/strong> efter behag!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sedan, s\u00e5 sm\u00e5ningom, s\u00e5 fort jag smakade en ny r\u00e4tt och tyckte om den, f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte jag \u00e5terskapa den s\u00e5 troget som m\u00f6jligt hemma. Jag har turen att varje \u00e5r f\u00e5 \u00e5terv\u00e4nda f\u00f6r att h\u00e4lsa p\u00e5 min amerikanska familj i trakterna kring New York; den staden och dess etniska kvarter har varit (och \u00e4r fortfarande) mina fr\u00e4msta kulinariska inspirationsk\u00e4llor. Tveka f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt inte att fr\u00e5ga mig om rekommendationer om du \u00e5ker dit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Historien om min blogg<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Trots mina ibland ganska sv\u00e5ra studier slocknade aldrig min <strong>k\u00e4rlek till matlagning<\/strong>. Faktum \u00e4r att utsikten till vad jag skulle laga hemma till lunch eller kv\u00e4ll ofta motiverade mig att arbeta under en h\u00e5rd dag p\u00e5 universitetsbiblioteket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att <strong>finslipa recept<\/strong> blev till och med ett slags sidoprojekt under mina tentor; under en period \u00e5t jag till exempel bara olika varianter av okonomiyaki. Jag tyckte snabbt att det var lite slitsamt, formatet tilltalade mig bara till h\u00e4lften och jag ville ha ett eget utrymme d\u00e4r jag verkligen kunde uttrycka mig. Det var d\u00e4r <strong>marcwiner.com<\/strong> f\u00f6ddes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om du har f\u00f6ljt mig ett tag vet du att jag har breddat mig p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCwqNchlodvWskh19Q-hf4uw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Youtube<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@marcwiner?lang=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tiktok<\/a> och till och med min <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/314403600621638\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebookgrupp<\/a> som numera har n\u00e4ra 500 000 medlemmar, alla med <strong>min passion f\u00f6r asiatisk matlagning<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag har ocks\u00e5 ambitionen att k\u00e4mpa mot den kulinariska gl\u00f6mskan; nu n\u00e4r jag har en dedikerad gemenskap kan jag enkelt lyfta fram recept som \u00e4r s\u00e5 gott som ok\u00e4nda f\u00f6r den breda allm\u00e4nheten.
