Considero a variedade de sabores poss\u00edveis na cozinha simplesmente fascinante e, sempre que encontro uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o deliciosa, corro para reproduzi-la e fazer com que <strong>meus leitores e todos ao meu redor<\/strong> tamb\u00e9m a aproveitem!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meus estudos <strong>intensivos<\/strong> despertaram em mim o amor por <strong>n\u00fameros, ci\u00eancia e rigor<\/strong>; por isso encaro <strong>cada receita como um experimento<\/strong>. Posso afirmar que praticamente todas as receitas do site foram <strong>rigorosamente testadas e aprimoradas<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minha trajet\u00f3ria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Moro na <strong>B\u00e9lgica<\/strong>, mas tenho <strong>origem franco-americana<\/strong>. Quando crian\u00e7a, eu vivia inventando solu\u00e7\u00f5es para tudo, principalmente quando o assunto era guloseima. Sem balas no arm\u00e1rio? Sem problema: h\u00e1 a\u00e7\u00facar, ent\u00e3o \u00e9 s\u00f3 fazer caramelo! Her\u00f3i da minha tropa de irm\u00e3os nesses \u201ctempos de guerra\u201d, logo passei a suprir qualquer falta de mantimentos por instinto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde ent\u00e3o, minha paix\u00e3o pela culin\u00e1ria parte desse princ\u00edpio: reproduzir tudo de que gosto para <strong>torn\u00e1-lo acess\u00edvel<\/strong> sempre que der vontade!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com o tempo, sempre que provava um prato novo de que gostava, tentava recri\u00e1-lo em casa com a m\u00e1xima fidelidade. Tenho a sorte de visitar minha fam\u00edlia norte-americana em Nova York todos os anos; a cidade e seus bairros \u00e9tnicos foram (e continuam sendo) minhas maiores fontes de inspira\u00e7\u00e3o culin\u00e1ria. Se for para l\u00e1, fique \u00e0 vontade para pedir recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A hist\u00f3ria do meu blog<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apesar de meus estudos serem puxados, meu <strong>amor pela cozinha<\/strong> nunca diminuiu. Muitas vezes, em dias intermin\u00e1veis na biblioteca da universidade, a expectativa do almo\u00e7o ou jantar que eu prepararia em casa era o que me motivava a continuar estudando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aperfei\u00e7oar receitas<\/strong> virou quase um projeto paralelo durante as provas; numa dessas fases, por exemplo, s\u00f3 comia varia\u00e7\u00f5es de okonomiyaki. Logo percebi que o formato n\u00e3o me satisfazia plenamente; eu queria um espa\u00e7o s\u00f3 meu para me expressar de verdade. Assim nasceu o <strong>marcwiner.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se voc\u00ea me acompanha h\u00e1 algum tempo, j\u00e1 deve ter notado que me aventurei tamb\u00e9m no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCwqNchlodvWskh19Q-hf4uw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">YouTube<\/a>, no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@marcwiner?lang=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TikTok<\/a> e at\u00e9 no meu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/314403600621638\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">grupo do Facebook<\/a>, que hoje re\u00fane quase 500 000 membros, todos unidos pela <strong>minha paix\u00e3o pela culin\u00e1ria asi\u00e1tica<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro objetivo meu \u00e9 lutar contra o esquecimento culin\u00e1rio; com uma comunidade engajada, consigo dar visibilidade a receitas quase desconhecidas do grande p\u00fablico. E isso \u00e9 sensacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por fim, se voc\u00ea \u00e9 f\u00e3 de <strong>culin\u00e1ria asi\u00e1tica aut\u00eantica<\/strong>, explicada da maneira mais <strong>simples estrelado Giovanni Bruno em abril de 2022<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encontrei-me e conversei v\u00e1rias vezes, em sua casa, com o chef tr\u00eas-estrelas David Martin em 2022 e 2023<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conheci e troquei ideias com o chef estrelado San Degeimbre em junho de 2023<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Degustei e conversei com o mestre confeiteiro japon\u00eas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.patisserie-sasaki.be\/\"
