Velkommen til bloggen min!&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeg gleder meg til \u00e5 bli bedre kjent med deg. Jeg heter Marc, et skikkelig <strong>matvrak<\/strong> (s\u00e6rlig n\u00e5r det lukter hvitl\u00f8k), og en lidenskapelig <strong>hobbykokk<\/strong>. Kj\u00f8kkenets smaksunivers er grensel\u00f8st fascinerende, og hver gang jeg finner en himmelsk kombinasjon, m\u00e5 jeg straks gjenskape den, slik at <strong>leserne mine og alle jeg er glad i<\/strong> kan smake!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De <strong>intensive<\/strong> studiene mine har gjort meg glad i <strong>tall, vitenskap og n\u00f8yaktighet, <\/strong>og jeg tiln\u00e6rmer meg <strong>hver oppskrift som et eksperiment<\/strong>. Til slutt kan jeg love deg at nesten alle oppskriftene p\u00e5 siden min er <strong>grundig testet og finjustert<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Min bakgrunn<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeg bor i <strong>Belgia<\/strong>, men har <strong>fransk-amerikanske r\u00f8tter<\/strong>. Som barn fant jeg alltid en l\u00f8sning, spesielt n\u00e5r det gjaldt s\u00f8tsaker. Var godteriskuffen tom? Ikke noe stress; vi hadde jo sukker, s\u00e5 da lagde jeg bare karamell! Jeg ble fort helten til s\u00f8sknene mine, og det ble en refleks \u00e5 fylle p\u00e5 n\u00e5r forsyningene tok slutt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derfor har kokkeleringen min alltid fulgt samme prinsipp: \u00e5 gjenskape det jeg elsker, slik at det er <strong>tilgjengelig<\/strong> n\u00e5r som helst!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etter hvert som jeg smakte nye retter jeg falt for, fors\u00f8kte jeg alltid \u00e5 gjenskape dem hjemme s\u00e5 trofast som mulig. Hvert \u00e5r bes\u00f8ker jeg familien min i New York, og byen med sine mange etniske nabolag er fortsatt min st\u00f8rste inspirasjonskilde. Der finnes alt: fra <a href=\"https:\/\/marcwiner.com\/no\/kinesisk-mat-no\/\">autentisk kinesisk mat<\/a> og <a href=\"https:\/\/marcwiner.com\/no\/det-japanske-kjokkenet-no\/\">japansk mat<\/a> til <a href=\"https:\/\/marcwiner.com\/no\/koreansk-mat-no\/\">koreansk mat <\/a>og alt midt imellom. Skal du til New York, er det bare \u00e5 be om tips!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Historien om bloggen min<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Selv om studietiden av og til var t\u00f8ff, har <strong>kj\u00e6rligheten min til matlaging<\/strong> aldri sluknet. Ofte var det tanken p\u00e5 hva jeg skulle lage til lunsj eller middag som motiverte meg der jeg satt p\u00e5 biblioteket en lang dag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c5 perfeksjonere oppskrifter<\/strong> ble faktisk et sideprosjekt i eksamenstiden; \u00e9n periode spiste jeg kun forskjellige okonomiyaki-varianter hele eksamensuka. Men jeg ble fort lei av formatet; det passet meg bare delvis, og jeg dr\u00f8mte om et sted der jeg kunne utfolde meg skikkelig. Slik ble <strong>marcwiner.com<\/strong> til.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis du har fulgt meg en stund, vet du at jeg ogs\u00e5 har tatt turen til <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCwqNchlodvWskh19Q-hf4uw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">YouTube<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@marcwiner?lang=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TikTok<\/a> og til og med en egen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/314403600621638\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebook-gruppe<\/a> som n\u00e5 n\u00e6rmer seg 500 000 medlemmer, alle med den samme <strong>lidenskapen for asiatisk mat<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeg \u00f8nsker ogs\u00e5 \u00e5 bekjempe kulinarisk glemsel; n\u00e5 som jeg har et engasjert fellesskap, kan jeg l\u00f8fte frem oppskrifter som nesten ingen kjenner til. Det er rett og slett fantastisk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kort sagt: Hvis du elsker <strong>autentisk asiatisk mat<\/strong> forklart p\u00e5 en <strong>s\u00e5 enkel<\/strong> og <strong>ufattelig
