However, these red noodles of love (and gochujang) will guarantee you a steamy evening with your better half! Belive me ! \n\n\n\nAs you might have guessed from the use of gochujang, this recipe is Korean-inspired. The dish would be perfectly at home served in a small eatery in Korea, with a bit of melted cheese inside and it would almost be tteokbokki. \n\n\n\nThe most observant among you will almost recognize my lazy noodles recipe. And you'd be right! This is part of my strategy where I'm gradually going to make you realize that even a noodle recipe with about ten ingredients isn't that complicated!   \n\n\n\nLazy noodles\n\n\n\nThen, tell yourself that these are just lazy noodles with a little more love... and you also have the buldak carbonara ramen recipe for those with more refined tastes\n\n\n\nBecause yes, many of you were complaining about the list of ingredients for my ultimate chicken noodles, so we're going back to basics! \n\n\n\nHow to have a perfect date with the love noodles?\n\n\n\nOkay, I admit I lied a little. IF you want a successful date, you still need to have some stuff on the sides with the noodles.  \n\n\n\nBeef Satay\n\n\n\nSo, in addition to alcohol, I recommend making a rose syrup to impress. Simple, inexpensive but very exotic. You find a rose bush, pick a few and you're all set!   \n\n\n\nIf you want some meat with that, you need something rather neutral in terms of spiciness. I recommend the satay beef which takes a bit of time, but it's not active cooking time so you can easily put it to cook in advance and take it out just in time with the noodles  \n\n\n\n\n\n\tLove Noodles (spicy caramel)\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\t200 g of pre-cooked noodlesSauce3 cloves  minced garlic1.5 tablespoon   of gochujang1.5 tablespoon   light soy sauce2.5 tablespoons   of honey1.5 tablespoon   oil\t\n\t\n\t\t Caramelize all the sauce ingredients in the wok over medium-high heat Add the noodles and mix for 5 minutes Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds\t\n\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\tAppetizers, Main course, Side dishKoreanGochujang, Nouilles, Sauce soja light, V\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne","_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/marcwiner.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/28495","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/marcwiner.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/marcwiner.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/marcwiner.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/marcwiner.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=28495"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/marcwiner.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/28495\/revisions"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/marcwiner.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/20548"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/marcwiner.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=28495"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/marcwiner.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=28495"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/marcwiner.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=28495"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
