Mix them with soy sauce, tomatoes, curry, and honey for a simple yet hearty meal ready in 10 minutes if you've already prepared the satay paste. \n\n\n\nThe delicious satay beef using the same methods for the sauce\n\n\n\nThese noodles are among the quickest dinners you can prepare on a busy day. You can even prepare the sauce in advance and store it in the fridge for two weeks. In short, this classic of Chinese cuisine is unbeatable. \n\n\n\nMy beef with onions pairs very well with peanut sauce noodles \n\n\n\nHow to make satay sauce?\n\n\n\nTo make the Asian peanut sauce, you'll need soy sauce (I always use light soy sauce for this), honey, tomatoes, curry paste (or curry powder), you can also add sesame oil. Obviously, you'll also need peanut butter. \n\n\n\nYou cook all of this on low heat and voila, it's ready!\n\n\n\nYou can store it in the refrigerator to use later (don't forget to mix it well before using) or pour it over hot noodles and mix. \n\n\n\nThe main ingredients of satay noodles\n\n\n\nLight soy sauce: Already mentioned above, this is the classic salty soy sauce that can be found everywhere\n\n\n\nCurry powder: Use any curry powder. Personally, I'm fond of Thai red curry powder \n\n\n\nFish sauce: Optional, add a little at the end instead of salt\n\n\n\nPeanut paste: Ideally, use one without added sugar. Otherwise, reduce the amount of honey in the recipe a bit \n\n\n\n\n\n\tPeanut sauce (satay) noodles\n\t\t\n\t\tA delicious recipe for stir-fried noodles with peanut sauce\t\n\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\tSatay paste3 cherry tomatoes (crushed)2 tablespoons of peanut butter1.5 tablespoons of honey1 tablespoon of curry powder2 tablespoons of light soy sauce 2 tablespoons of peanut oilNoodles300 g noodles (dry weight, pre-cooked)1 onion (sliced)3 leaves of Chinese cabbage (white parts finely sliced and green parts roughly chopped)\t\n\t\n\t\tIn a small covered saucepan, mix all the paste ingredients, simmer for 10 minutes over medium-high heat with the lid onMix well and return to the heat for 10 minutes.
