From Mauritius to Guadeloupe, samosas delight taste buds around the world, and I absolutely love them.\n\n\n\nFor your next appetizer, try my crispy air-fryer pork too.\n\n\n\nTips for Air Fryer Samosas\n\n\n\nMake the filling a day ahead and refrigerate it so the aromatics can meld; the result will be even better.
