Velkommen til min blog!&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeg er virkelig glad for at l\u00e6re dig at kende. Jeg hedder Marc, <strong>madelsker<\/strong> (og is\u00e6r hvidl\u00f8gsfan), og jeg er <strong>passioneret kok<\/strong>. Jeg er fascineret af den enorme mangfoldighed af smagsnuancer i k\u00f8kkenet, og s\u00e5 snart jeg finder en ny, l\u00e6kker kombination, skynder jeg mig at genskabe den, s\u00e5 <strong>mine l\u00e6sere og alle mine n\u00e6rmeste<\/strong> kan nyde den!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mine <strong>intensive<\/strong> studier gav mig en fork\u00e6rlighed for <strong>tal, videnskab og pr\u00e6cision<\/strong>. Derfor behandler jeg <strong>hver opskrift som et eksperiment<\/strong>. Til sidst kan jeg forsikre dig om, at n\u00e6sten alle opskrifterne p\u00e5 min side er blevet <strong>grundigt testet og finpudset<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Min baggrund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeg bor i <strong>Belgien<\/strong>, men jeg er faktisk af <strong>fransk-amerikansk<\/strong> oprindelse. Som barn havde jeg den irriterende vane altid at finde en l\u00f8sning p\u00e5 alt, is\u00e6r n\u00e5r det gjaldt slik. Ingen bolsjer tilbage i skabet? Intet problem, der er jo sukker, s\u00e5 laver vi bare karamel! Som helt for mine s\u00f8skende i disse &#8220;krigstider&#8221; blev det hurtigt en refleks at afhj\u00e6lpe enhver mangel p\u00e5 forsyninger!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denne tilgang har formet min passion for madlavning: at genskabe alt det, jeg elsker, og g\u00f8re det <strong>tilg\u00e6ngeligt<\/strong> i ubegr\u00e6nsede m\u00e6ngder!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siden da har jeg, hver gang jeg smagte en ny ret og kunne lide den, fors\u00f8gt at genskabe den s\u00e5 trofast som muligt derhjemme. Jeg er s\u00e5 heldig hvert \u00e5r at kunne bes\u00f8ge min amerikanske familie i New York; byen og dens etniske kvarterer har v\u00e6ret (og er stadig) mine st\u00f8rste kulinariske inspirationskilder. Der finder man alt: fra <a href=\"https:\/\/marcwiner.com\/da\/kinesiske-kokken\/\">autentisk kinesisk mad<\/a> til <a href=\"https:\/\/marcwiner.com\/da\/japansk-madlavning\/\">japansk mad<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/marcwiner.com\/da\/koreanske-kokken\/\">koreansk mad <\/a>og alt derimellem. Sp\u00f8rg mig endelig om anbefalinger, hvis du tager dertil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Historien om min blog<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Selv om mine studier indimellem var ret kr\u00e6vende, forsvandt min <strong>k\u00e6rlighed til madlavning<\/strong> aldrig. Faktisk var det ofte tanken om, hvad jeg skulle lave til frokost eller aftensmad, der fik mig igennem en h\u00e5rd dag p\u00e5 universitetsbiblioteket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>At perfektionere opskrifter<\/strong> blev endda et lille sideprojekt i eksamensperioderne; under \u00e9n eksamenssession spiste jeg for eksempel kun forskellige varianter af okonomiyaki. Jeg fandt dog hurtigt formatet lidt begr\u00e6nsende; det passede mig kun halvt, og jeg \u00f8nskede et sted, der var helt mit eget, hvor jeg virkelig kunne udtrykke mig. S\u00e5dan blev <strong>marcwiner.com<\/strong> til.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis du har fulgt mig et stykke tid, ved du, at jeg ogs\u00e5 er rykket over p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCwqNchlodvWskh19Q-hf4uw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Youtube<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@marcwiner?lang=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tiktok<\/a> og endda i min <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/314403600621638\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebook-gruppe<\/a>, som nu t\u00e6ller n\u00e6sten 500 000 medlemmer, alle med <strong>min passion for asiatisk madlavning<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeg har ogs\u00e5 en ambition om at bek\u00e6mpe kulinarisk glemsel; nu hvor jeg har et dedikeret f\u00e6llesskab, kan jeg let fremh\u00e6ve opskrifter, som offentligheden n\u00e6sten har glemt. Og det er fantastisk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kort sagt: Hvis du elsker <strong>autentisk asiatisk mad<\/strong>, forklaret p\u00e5 den <strong>simplest mulige<\/strong> og <strong>ekstremt 300 mennesker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Masterclass om ravioli med den stjernebel\u00f8nnede kok Giovanni Bruno i april 2022<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00f8dtes privat og udvekslede flere gange med den trestjernede kok David Martin i 2022 og 2023<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00f8dtes og udvekslede med den stjernebel\u00f8nnede kok San Degeimbre i juni 2023<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smagte desserter og udvekslede med den japanske konditormester <a href=\"https:\/\/www.patisserie-sasaki.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Yasushi Sasaki<\/a> i marts 2023<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e6rte og forfinede hos en lokal thailandsk chef tilknyttet <a href=\"https:\/\/phuket.burasari.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">h\u00f4tel Burasari<\/a> i Thailand at lave \u00e6gte <a href=\"\/da\/?p=36691\">Pad Thai<\/a> og <a
